Design and specification

A considered scheme for the space, with the detail needed to price and build it.

Renovation management
10% of works
Minimum fee £1,500
Coordination so the design survives the build and the finish is right.

- Prices are indicative and confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Request a booking
Tell Julie which option you would like and when suits you. She will reply by email to confirm a time. Nothing is booked until she confirms.
How your details are used
Your name, email, optional phone number, chosen option, preferred dates and message are saved securely so Julie can reply to your request. Only Julie can see them. They are not shared, used for marketing or added to a mailing list.
Requests are deleted automatically after 12 months. To see, correct or delete your details sooner, email julie@mcquatt.com.
