Goal
Make a compact studio work for sale and short-term letting, bringing cooking, dining and living into one space.
Approach
- Julie reworked the developer kitchen with revised cabinetry and a peninsula, within the existing footprint.
- Compact cabinetry and a breakfast bar sit within the living space, with clear counter space and everyday kitchen equipment for guests.
- Interior design and staging completed the studio for sale and short-term letting.
Outcome
A coherent open-plan studio, with cooking, dining and a comfortable living area working together for guest stays.
